Carol Crossdale, Partner

After graduating from Harvard Law School, I joined Davis Polk in New York as a corporate associate. I then moved in-house to PepsiCo, Inc., where I later became Senior Counsel, supporting the company’s beverage businesses in Latin America and the Caribbean. I’ve been building my expertise as a legal recruiter since 2004. I’m directly involved in conversations about today’s key issues in the legal profession: I am a Co-Chair of the New York Chapter of the Harvard Law School Women’s Alliance, the Chair of the Hunter College Pre-Law Advisory Board and I have spoken at events such as Celebration 60 at Harvard Law School.

Patricia Paul, Partner

After graduating from Harvard Law School, I practiced in the not-for-profit sector, and was a litigation associate at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP for more than five years. I’ve been building my expertise in legal recruiting since 2006. I’m an active participant in conversations about the future of the legal profession: I have a leadership role in the Harvard Law School Association and the Harvard Law School Women’s Alliance, and have spoken on panels at Harvard Law School, the Princeton Club, the Harvard Club, and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, on topics such as Going In-House, Planning Your Lateral Move, Women & Technology, and Navigating a Turbulent Legal Market.
