CrossdalePaul receives and stores information users enter on the Website and in the context of Services.

We do not distribute or otherwise disclose any personally identifiable information about users of the Web site to any person outside of CrossdalePaul other than as described below, unless you explicitly request or permit us to do so, if the information was provided to us other than through the website or in the context of Services, or if we reasonably believe that we are required to do so by law. If in the future CrossdalePaul undergoes a corporate reorganization, we may transfer your personally identifiable information to the surviving entity.

Typically, users include Attorneys seeking employment and Employers. Information related to each of these types of users may be treated differently. We do not collect any personally identifiable information from users accessing our Website or Services, such as a user’s name or e-mail address, unless the user provides us with such information. Users may voluntarily provide such information at various points within the Website or Services, such as during registration, when creating a profile, when sending us an email, or when completing a form. Such personally identifiable information may include resumes, images, cover letters, and other information. This personally identifiable information may be distributed, when requested or permitted by the user, to authorized third parties or entities to conduct placement services in accordance with the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy.

We do, however, automatically collect non-personally identifiable information, known as “aggregate data” such as the domain name or IP address from which users access the Internet, the address of a referring website, the date and time of users’ visit, a browser used to access the Website, and the pages that are visited, among other information.
